Installation instructions:
Unzip the PKQuest..zip file.
The "dist" folder contains contains the pkquest.jar file and the “lib” folder and it is essential that they remain in same folder.
Double click the "jar" file to start PKQuest.
Click the "Run" button to see D2O PBPK example.
Note: It is essential that your operating system setting is "USA" (the same as the Java code) so that, when reading the numerical Excel files, the "." and "," are properly interpreted. On Linux systems, set local language to Generic or USA, logoff and logon. On Windows system with Microsoft, after starting Excel, switch "." to "," and vice versa using Excel settings.
